Antoine, Bunnie, and Rotor

So, I recently learned that, according to the SatAM bible, Rotor was going to have a crush on Bunnie that he kept secret, but that never panned out. What if it did pan out, though, not in the cartoon but in the Archie comics? How do you think the eventual dynamic between him, Bunnie, and Antoine shape up, after the latter two start falling for each other?

Actually, it seems like it's the opposite; Bunnie has the hots for Rotor and Antoine (Rotor mostly), and Rotor is like what he's depicted as in the Archie comics: shy and awkward, socially. He says he "can't chase girls", because they make him nervous. Maybe that's where Penders got the idea that Rotor was gay? Who knows...
