Green gaz?" Antoine was afraid as he always was, but this time he knew his time had come, as it came for all of his friends. "Yeah, sort of. Look at the trees! They're dying because of it!"



Hit once again by anger and confusion, our five fellows saw what humans were able to. Slowly, every trees who came in contact with the stinky, greenly gas began to rot, losing every single leaf, becoming dust in seconds! "Okay, here's the plan: I know Sonic will find a solution for the gas while protecting Miles, his speed will take care of that, we'll take care of Snively. We'll try to strike him and his bots by surprise where they are weaker, by behind, so Dulcy you stay hidden here until then. If we succeed, or if Snively catch us sneaking up on him, that's the time to give all that we've got! Antoine, take your sword, Rotor your laser gun and bombs for the ambush and Bunnie prepare your legs and arms. Now......I know this ain't the time, but it may be our last together, I just wanted to say I loved every single one of you as a sister should love her siblings. That was a great adventure living with you all."

Israel sat, hunched in the crumbling window of a diing building. He looked over the old district of Robotropolis, an area where the remains of the once great Mobitropolis could still be found. The rabbits eyes watered some at the sent of the gas. The gas mask he wore was an old one, but what little gas that seeped through was not leathal. He watched seemingly un-moved at the army of bots marched below him. He looked across to another roof top, to another of his team members. Invisible to the untrained eye, the Captain's sniper was awaiting the signal. As Israel looked on, he recalled the events that brought them to this place.

Captain of the Freedom Force, the young rabbit was the son of a soldier and brought up on the military base of Rockroot. One of the last to fall to Robotnik. Israel and several others from the base formed the Freedom Force and had been fighting their way to the captial ever since. Desprately trying to contact Sally, the last living member of the royal family. Now they were here, but at what seemed to be the worst timing.

He laughed at himself for thinking things would be better, but he hadn't expected a battle of this magnitued. Perhaps their arrival was the best timing. He Knew that the princess was leading the Knothole Freedom Fighters, and with this fight coming he was sure his scout would find her. He also knew that the Knothole Freedom Fighters did not have the mobians, the skill, or the fire power to engage in such a battle. Yes, the timing was perfect, now more than ever the Freedom Force was needed.
