Name: Tucra Redwood
Age: unknown old but looks to be about 25
Species: Red squirrel
Appearance: very loose fitting paints and a robe (looking similar to a bath robe) that he doesn't tie closed. Appears to look no older than 25 but movements are sometimes slow and resemble a mobian of the age of 85.
Background: Long ago, back before the Great War, there was a war fought. A holy war of sorts. Tucra fought in this war when he was 25. He was a war mystic, skilled in the art of both light and dark magic, he was a force to be reckoned with. The war came to a close and Tucra found himself a soldier with out a battle. He was a soldier of fortune for a while, then fought in the Great War. His skills did not go unseen, in fact they were seen as a threat to the kingdom and Acorn had him banished. Living as a hermit in the swamps, Tucra never resented Acorn for his decision, he only wished that the young would not persecute the practices and ways of the past. He stayed out of the skirmish with Robotnik, and found himself having tea often with the reformed Wizard Lazar, who also fought in the Holy war. When things between Robotnik and the Freedom Fighters died down, Tucra then decided to reveal himself and came to Knothole. He continued to keep his true power a secret, but instead became a physician of the old ways. Using herbs and special techniques to cure and heal the injured. The only one who knows who he truly is, is DePhole, who learned about Redwood while in military training. Well liked by the villagers, the only rumors about him, float around his strange training journeys, and his sword, a katana that goes by the name of Michel.
Tucra stepped up next to DePhole as the cadets finished their run. DePhole humphed as some of them collapsed and gasped for air.
"See any problems?" He asked the squirrel.
Redwood looked over the group and noticed Jimmy struggling for air. He knew what was wrong but could also see the determined expression on the young foxes face.
"Nothing that can't be taken care of with a little more exercise and some helping herbs on my part." he commented coolly.
He was a physician for the village, but he was also the medical aid to the cadets during their training. It was an agreement that DePhole and he had come to. Tucra rather enjoyed it in fact.
The squirrel reached into his satchel and took out a hand full of black root and began to distribute it to the exhausted cadets.
He came to Jimmy and handed him some black root and a bottle of elixir.
"A swallow of this each morning should help." the medic instructed.
He patted the fox on the back and continued about his business with the black root.
logic is a little prairie home, and we are the Native Americans that have come to burn it down.
