Sonic movie character redesign revealed

Okay, I'm late, but the new trailer/design is out... IMHO, this may be the first decent 3D Sonic model I've ever seen. I love how they did his eyes. He's actually cool and cute at the same time.

I'm relieved that they kept the eyes separate. I think it wouldn't have translated well if they went with the classic design, and I've been in love with this re-imagining (SFW). for years.
I'm totally dragging friends to this movie, and we're gonna have some nice, Validation Day chili dogs for supper!

I just saw it for Valentine's day this year and it was even better than I expected.
