The Adventures of Bo and Mike

So, during the pilot episode, did you ever notice the dude with the bow tie and the turtle? The Archie books never bothered to use them, so I might as well use these two as characters in my story. I've nicknamed them Bo and Mike.

Chapter 1: Where's the Turnip?

Once upon a time, in Knothole Village, there was a quiet little hut. The hut had a sign over the door that read "Trespassers Will." In this hut lived a turtle named Mike. Mike was shally little turtle, who loved one thing, turnips. Today, Mike was doing his usual routine.

Mike did his usual exercises, with touching his toes and doing push-ups. He then heard a rumble at his door. Mike went to investigate, and was instantly knocked to the ground as Bo pounced on him. Bo was a coyote well known for his bow ties. Mike then introduced himself to Bo, and decided to get a turnip, but when he turned to the cabinet, it was bare.

Bo said "What are you looking for?" Mike replied "Turnips, my favorite thing in the world." Bo had a turnip on hand. Bo showed Mike his turnip but it fell and rolled out the door. Thus, Mike went in pursuit of his turnip.
