Social Darwinism.

I'm not a fan of the idea of social Darwinism, how do y'all feel about it?

errm i don't think humans are evolving using machines to communicate...humans are detached creatures in where i live...i tried socializing with others in my town...they don't want to do anything of common interests and lay about...i am the only guy in my very small friends group doing the part of going to them to hang out...i want to form a real-life group...and a cool name...with art of some kind...but no luck because people just want to do stuff online...it irks me...i live in west virginia...it is dull but has good forests and deer running about...problem is im not a country bumpkin,a goth,or biker or hippie...nor do i like those other groups...is everyone lazy where i live? seems like it...

I understand what vindicator says. i live in a small town where nobody really does anything but get high and openly harass anything out of the ordinary which happens more often than i'd like. I also wish to don a cool nickname and gather a buch of people to work on a art related project, but it hasnt really popped up since high school, and then i was only known as pedro because of the movie napoleon dynamite (being of mexican desent) and the first group that i was with consisted of about 3 or 4 people, but the leader was a jerk and his concepts made no sense, they just made fun of people and caused a lot of serious hate. I had to leave right when i relized what they were doing and the rest split up afterwards. the second group was really a bunch of younger fans of anime who more or less had their own thing going on and i just sort of stuck around to talk about anime, games, the usual. My generation grew up in a sort of society where unless you had your life planned out and a college education working for some bigshot company, you were basically a loser, and if you liked "dorky kid's shows" like sonic or watched anime you were either called a dork or a pervert. Yeah, high school. Anyway for the time after I tried to enjoy life, blowing my graduation money on manga and whatnot, but in the end i havent really done anything all that social and its not because im just living in the past. People seem to have become apparently more ignorant and even in the middle of conversation whip out their phones and text their friends. This may not seem all that rude to most people but its always struck me as rude.
No offense to anyone using said devices to chat on this site XD. im getting off topic arent i? anyway yes i like to draw. if i could i would get together at least someone to work on a project but lack the skill and the time to keep up online at least. keep in mind i share a computer with my folks. anyhoo sorry. i know this subject is about social darwinism.
